World Intelligence Network (WIN) Founder & President, Dr Evangelos Katsioulis, and WIN Vice President, Dr Manahel Thabet, in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education and Dubai Police organized an intelligence screening applying multiple IQ tests for the young members of the Emirates Association for the Talented, which took place in the Virtual Application Development Center, General Department of S-Services, Dubai, UAE in 21-2 November 2016.
