WAR'S VICIOUS CIRCLE.
IT STARTS FROM
THE MINDS,
EMPLOYS WEAPONS,
AFFECTS SOULS
AND ALTERS MINDS.

Yes, the war does affect anyone’s health and mental health.

It is quite another thing for two or more parties to have some differences between them, or even conflicting interests if you prefer, and it is a totally different thing for a war to start between them.

Nobody wants injustice and war is only unjust.

Violence in general is unjust because not everyone is ready, prepared, willing or not even wish to act either violently or defensively against any other party.

So, it is unfair for them to engage with anyone who exhibits violence.

If you want to never ever feel insecure and afraid in any relationship with anyone,
if you are tired of being passive and submissive with the people around you, if you want to clarify choices and be satisfied with your relationships with people, take the first and final step now.

War, however, is not only unjust.
It is also a cause of unrest, insecurity and fear.

It is a threat to overturn any given situation that existed before the war, as well as a threat to affect the quality of life and life itself.
It is a threat of pain and death.

Every war can only cause disgust and repulsion.
No war can ever be perceived as a creative or enjoyable process on any side.

If we were to describe it with an example, it is as if war were on one side and life and its value can only lie on the other side.

Get your own chance to learn and train yourself to excel in self-management and your relationships management to achieve your best life quality here and now.

At this point, I would like to add one more thing.
It has been said and we will never get tired of keep repeating that war is both unjust and undesirable and, if you will allow the neologism, it is like an antibiotic (acting against life itself).

Facing the threat of war, most people somehow wish to react, to prepare, and if we are to be honest, to avoid it.

In some cases this may be possible, but perhaps not in every case.

So, at this point we understand the great importance of managing a crisis situation.
And at this level, everyone is responsible for their own selves and their people, but there are also a few and chosen by most, who are responsible for everyone.

It is very important for everyone, and not just for mental health purposes, that there is a meaningful and effective management of any crisis situation by the central authority, by our chosen representatives, so that citizens do not feel left alone and exposed at the mercy of the violent desires and moods of any of their neighbors or short-timers.

I use these terms because no matter how far away from us a war is going on, we all live in the same planet, we all share the same air and we all need the same water and food to live.

If we are far from a battlefield, the bullets may not threaten us.
But in our times, on a battlefield, opposing troops don’t just exchange bullets with each other.
There are also far more toxic and far more powerful and violent weapons, available today unfortunately, the use of which can cost us all a lot and for a long time.
To us and to every generation to come.

And all that for what?
Just because some people disagree with each other?
Just because none of them takes any steps backwards or sideways?
Just because none of them redefines his premises, positions and oppositions?

For those directly involved in a war, the choice of engaging in war may seem unavoidable, but for everyone else it is only a mistake, a huge mistake that could cost us all a lot.
